Step 1: Contact the Department of Parks and Recreation at least two (2) months in advance to make sure your requested field, court or park is available for your desired date.
Step 2: Request, complete and submit an application to the Department of Parks and Recreation. ($1 million of public liability insurance may be required, for field, special event and band trailer permits).
Step 3: You will then either be approved and invoiced, or denied for the use of your requested field, court or park.
