Free - For uninsured and Medicaid eligible children

City of Allentown residents only

Program Description:
The Immunization Program's goal is to achieve maximum immunization coverage in order to eliminate the occurrence of vaccine preventable diseases in Allentown.

Primary Services:

• Immunization clinic services
• Educational programs for parents and professionals
• Special efforts directed toward the prevention of Hepatitis B disease
